Forgiving What You Can't Forget: Discover How to Move On, Make Peace with Painful Memories, and Create a Life That’s Beautiful Again by Lysa TerKeurst.

In this study, we will learn how to move on when the other person refuses to change and never says they're sorry. Walk through a step-by-step process to free yourself from the hurt of your past and feel less offended today. Discover what the Bible really says about forgiveness and the peace that comes from living it out right now. Identify what's stealing trust and vulnerability from our relationships so you can believe there is still good ahead. Disempower the triggers hijacking our emotions by embracing the necessary parts of forgiveness.

Meeting at the church AND via Zoom.

LIFE IN THE BALANCE, by JONI EARECKSON TADA March 7th through May 23rd.  Never before has it been so important for Christians like you to discover the answers God’s Word holds to our culture’s biggest ethical and social dilemmas. Every day, the 24-hour news cycle offers stories from around the world of unimaginable physical, mental, and emotional suffering. Yet more often than not, these stories and the underlying problems they represent are reported with no suggestions for resolution. Can it really be true that there are no solutions to our world’s biggest crises?

Joni Eareckson Tada refuses to believe it. ! In Life in the Balance, Joni and her colleagues take on difficult issues – abortion, autism, genocide, stem-cell research, and others. But they don’t just tell the stories; they dig deep into the Word of God to find real and lasting solutions to so-called “unsolvable” problems.

Fourth Monday of Each Month in Fellowship Hall—7:30 PM

Come join us in Fellowship Hall as we continue the Bible Study we began last January.  It is entitled: What Matters Most, a study of Philippians by Karen Ehman. We will learn to discover how to experience contentment and joy in the midst of our circumstances by prioritizing what matters most, Christ.

Thursdays —1:00-2:00 pm

We will meet in Fellowship Hall, wear masks and follow safety protocols. The study will also be available in person and through Zoom. We will study Psalm 23 by Pastor Matt Chandler on RightNow Media.
In this 6-part series on Psalm 23, Matt Chandler introduces us to the great shepherd, the Lord, who promises to provide for every need of His flock. Because of its popularity, the theological magnitude of this psalm is often lost on us today.
We breeze through its truth without slowing down long enough to rest in the assurance it offers. In only six verses, King David forms an image of God as a loving and protective shepherd, all of which culminates in a life-transforming question: Do you trust the Lord to care for your needs?
